Location: Various apartment communities in the Philadelphia suburbs and South Jersey
Schedule: Weekday daytime hours (20–40 hours/week)
Duration: Seasonal role from June through August
Pay: $15–$20/hour (based on experience and location)
Looking for a hands-on job this summer that keeps you active, builds real-world skills, and pays well? Metropolitan Management is hiring Summer Maintenance Assistants to support our on-site teams in creating well-kept, welcoming apartment communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with preparing apartments for new residents
- Support basic maintenance tasks like painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep
- Help keep common areas and outdoor spaces clean and presentable
- Power washing, light landscaping, and organizing supplies
- Work as part of a team to ensure our properties look their best
