Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance mental well-being
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living space
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior to healthcare professionals promptly
- Support clients with mobility aids and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, person-centered care
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in home caregiving or related healthcare roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, energetic attitude toward client support
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety standards rigorously
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight as needed
- Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, post-acute care patients, or individuals with chronic conditions, is highly valued

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
