Your expertise in early childhood education, will inspire young learners to reach their full potential while ensuring a safe and engaging space for all.
Duties
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones, curriculum standards, and individual student needs.
- Lead classroom activities that promote literacy, math skills, social-emotional growth, and behavioral health through innovative teaching strategies.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques, fostering positive interactions and a respectful learning environment.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to assistant teachers
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in classroom management within early childhood education or special education settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and literacy education.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, and colleagues.

Pay: $24.29 - $29.25 per hour
