Lead Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Lead Technician is responsible for providing solutions that will allow for varying client needs to be met through morale, ethical, & legal practices to facilitate installations & repairs that exceed the industry standard. Through providing opportunities for our clients as well as our upcoming employees through teaching, training, & mentoring via open honest communication.
POSITION SUMMARY
Provides solutions, advice, and repairs to the existing electrical systems as well as new installations that are code compliant and provide life safety for the client or tenant. The need to serve the needs of others within our upcoming apprentices and clients is a core value to be carried out with transparency, discipline and accountability. KEY COMPETENCIES
- Organized clear communication
- Clear English speaking & well written communications. (bi-lingual communications is a plus)
- Competency & ability to read, interpret, complete a full materials take off for both commercial, & residential blueprints.
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot, lighting, dimming, multiple control platforms, power delivery, electrical service expansion alternatives & solutions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for problem solving
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Requires a Current State of COLORADO DORA issued Journeyman’s license
- Drivers license with a Clean Motor Vehicle record for the past 3 years.
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical experience required
- Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to adjust to the daily needs in scheduling & client needs through effective communication.
- Physically capable of performing ladder & stair climbing, working at heights
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing/kneeling
- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
- Ability to work in enclosed environments exposed to excessive noise, & other typical construction environments including cold or heat.
- Perform work with OSHA required PPE
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements.
- OSHA Either 10, 20, 30 certified

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
