The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative, operational and strategic support to the Chancellor. This role serves as a trusted partner in supporting institutional initiatives, coordinating complex schedules, and facilitating communication with internal and external constituents. While maintaining high confidentiality this role contributes to the mission and values of the institution fostering collaboration across the organization. This position is expected to work in a multi-cultural diverse working environment. This is an in - person position.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE: Eight(8) or more years’ successful work experience in progressively more responsible administrative roles supporting a senior level executive in a not-for-profit, higher education, business, or government work environment. Experience supporting strategic initiatives, projects and organizational planning. Work experience with Board members and elected officials required.
