Job Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and changes in clinical status.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Respond to patient needs, provide direct bedside care, and ensure a safe, high-quality patient experience throughout the hospital stay.

Requirements
- · WI or compact license
- · 2 years’ minimum experience
- · AHA BLS, ACLS
- · NIHSS (Can be acquired during compliance)
