Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Real Estate Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio , including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo .
If you have experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants, I'd love to connect.
- 2–8 years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and joint venture transactions
- Experience reviewing title, survey, zoning, environmental, and due diligence materials
- Experience representing developers, institutional lenders, investors, landlords, tenants, or REITs
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client counseling skills
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
