Job Overview
Prepare accurate repair estimates and customer invoices
Communicate with customers regarding repairs and approvals
Manage work orders from start to finish
Schedule appointments and coordinate with mechanics
Order and track parts when needed
Keep records organized and up to date
Process payments and maintain excellent customer service
Perform general office and administrative duties
Responsibilities
Experience in a truck or automotive repair shop is preferred
Ability to create estimates and invoices quickly and accurately
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient with computers and office software
Experience with shop management software (such as Big shop, Fullbay, or similar) is a plus
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Languages
English preferred, Russian , Uzbek speaking- requaired
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
