How Can You Earn? At Leisure Insurance you can earn between $12 and $40 per hour. We offer performance bonuses and you will not earn less than $12 per hour, however with the easily attainable bonuses you should easily earn $30 per hour. Highly motivated individuals will earn $40+ per hour.
What Is the Work Schedule? You will work Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Agent Assistant to join our growing insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and assist with policy inquiries and updates
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients
- Quote insurance rates for new and potential customers
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and basic coverage questions
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed
- Support the agent with administrative and day-to-day office tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or office experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not required)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
