Champion is looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager who loves developing people, building winning teams, and leading from the front.
We want to change the traditional approach to canvassing. For us, it's not just about knocking doors and hitting numbers. It's about helping homeowners, treating people with respect, developing our employees, and representing Champion the right way.

What You'll Do
You'll start by leading approximately 4 canvassers with the opportunity to build and grow the department.
You'll be responsible for:
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing canvassers
- Leading energetic daily meetings and field training
- Coaching and motivating your team to reach their goals
- Managing territories, appointments, demos, and performance
- Building a positive, competitive, high-accountability culture
- Working closely with our sales team to improve results
- Developing new employees into confident, successful canvassers
Most importantly, you need to be willing to walk the walk.
We don't want a manager who only manages from behind a desk. You should be comfortable getting into the field, knocking doors alongside your team, handling objections, setting appointments, and showing people how it's done.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven door-to-door canvassing or sales experience
- Leadership, coaching, or management experience
- Strong recruiting and team-building skills
- A genuine desire to help people grow and succeed
- Energy, confidence, and excellent communication skills
- The ability to motivate while still holding people accountable
- A competitive, results-driven mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Monday–Saturday availability as business needs require
Home improvement, roofing, windows, siding, remodeling, or similar experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Opportunity
- Commission based on team production
- $52,000–$90,000+ total earning potential Base + commission
- Opportunity to grow your income as you grow the department
