Security Clearance:
SECRET position. Personnel must possess a final DoD granted SECRET security clearance
Experience and Degree: Mid: PhD; Master’s degree with 5 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience; Associate degree with 15 years of experience, or High School diploma/GED with 20 years of experience
Experience:

Shall monitor every phase of the software development process so as to ensure design quality, making sure that the software adheres to defined standards.

Shall represent and report Mission Assurance, to provide oversight and verification of adherence to the defined processes.

Shall define and develop SQA processes and conduct audits of code, builds, and documentation to ensure adherence to the standards as defined by the SQA and MA processes.

Shall work with developers to ensure the implemented processes are tailored to meet the needs of the project.

Shall work with the leads to support management of the software requirement specifications.

Shall track and coordinate changes to the requirements via a tracking tool.

Shall develop a framework using tracking tools to support development, planning, and execution of tests.

Shall customize and upgrade tracking tools.

Shall relational database design, deployment and administration.
