What You’ll Do
As our Janitorial Supervisor, you will lead by example and keep our client site sparkling clean! You aren't just directing the work; you're stepping in to help your team succeed.
- Lead and support a small team of dedicated cleaners to deliver top-quality results.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team as a reliable Custodial Supervisor.
- Inspect facilities daily to ensure our standards remain second to none.
- Manage supplies and communicate site needs effectively as the primary Cleaning Manager on shift.
What You Bring To The Team
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.
- A positive, reliable attitude with natural leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stay comfortably active on your feet.
- Dependable transportation to our site in Charleston.
