Office Services Specialist
Hartman Simons & Wood LLP is a commercial real estate law firm looking for someone who can independently support our Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Administrators and Back Office. This position requires constant interaction and collaboration with our employees to provide a high level of office support where needed. Depending on business needs, this position has the potential to grow into a Full-Time Legal Administrative Assistant role.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide Mail and Copy Services
· Maintain appearance of common areas
· Restock supplies
· Coordinate incoming and outgoing faxes
· Responsible for receiving, setting up, and cleaning up catered meals for staff
· Scan documents into document management system
· Enter credit card receipts and check requests into Accounting System
· Maintain the highest level of employee care in a high-volume environment with a friendly attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field
· Ability to multitask with attention to detail
· Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
· Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
· Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
· Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period if needed
Job Type: Part-Time / Monday – Friday (no weekends)
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
