Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role is responsible for driving occupancy through strategic marketing, lead generation, referral development, and relationship-building.
What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with referral partners (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabs, social workers, case managers, etc.).
Qualifications:
Strongly preferred experience in marketing/sales, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
Benefits:
Competitive base salary (Scale based on experience $65,000-$75,000+ with a solid bonus structure, and a $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS!)
