Location - USA Remote
Work authorization - US citizen or US Green Card
Hours a week - up to 35 hours a week
Pay rate as follows:
· (2 to 3 years of experience) $80 to $90 an hour
· (4 to 5 years of experience) $95 to $104 an hour
· (6 to 7 years of experience) $105 to $114 an hour
· (Over 7 years of experience) $115 to $130 an hour
Profile 1: International Labor & Social Security Attorney
Requires a specialized legal background in comparative labor law and statutory social security frameworks across Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. This expert must hold deep familiarity with statutory severance, retirement calculations, public pension transition rules, labor codes, and dismissal procedures.
Profile 2: Cross-Border Tax Attorney & CPA
Requires a licensed CPA or tax attorney background specializing in international corporate, individual, and trust taxation. Expertise includes cross-border tax treaties, state/federal tax code substantiations, indirect consumption taxes, and foreign source income reporting across multiple sovereign tax authorities.
Profile 3: Global Mobility & Immigration Consultant
Requires a background as an accredited immigration practitioner or mobility specialist handling visa subclasses, digital nomad programs, and residency pathways. Expertise spans work authorization criteria, family reunification thresholds, income verification protocols, and citizenship residency calculations across EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
Profile 4: Civil Litigation, Corporate & Family Law Attorney
Requires a seasoned litigator or legal counsel background trained in private, family, and corporate law. They must possess deep technical knowledge of contract enforceability, appellate procedures, domestic relations judgments, corporate governance liability, and equity subordination rules.
Profile 5: Criminal Law, Evidence & Law Enforcement Specialist
Requires a legal background in criminal procedure, statutory evidence law, and public safety administration. They must be skilled in evidence admissibility standards, criminal code violations, police operational jurisdictions, and statutory identity verification procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited law school. Active bar membership is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal sector (e.g., private practice, in-house counsel, or legal research).
- Analytical Precision: Proven ability to translate complex legal processes into structured logic and data requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical AI teams and legal stakeholders.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with legal tech stacks such as CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), eDiscovery platforms, or legal research databases (Westlaw/LexisNexis).
AI Familiarity
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and data preparation.
- Awareness of ethical Generative AI practices, including bias detection and responsible data usage.
