Your New Role
- Assist licensed technicians with servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Support HVAC equipment installations and complete system change-outs
- Assist with standby generator installations and service work
- Learn HVAC diagnostics and basic electrical troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced technicians
- Prepare job sites, organize materials, and maintain tools and equipment
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate work records
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Deliver professional customer service while representing the company in customers' homes and businesses
- Travel to customer locations throughout Shawnee, OK, and the surrounding areas

Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- HVAC certification or trade school education preferred, but not required
- Previous HVAC, construction, mechanical, or skilled trades experience is a plus, but not required
- Electrical experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with experienced technicians
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment, tools, and materials as required
- Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
