Chick-fil-A Hamlin is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Morning Prep Team Member to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to starting our day with excellence by preparing fresh produce and ensuring a safe, clean food environment.
Schedule:

Monday – Saturday: 5:30 AM – 3:30PM

Sundays Off – Always
Key Responsibilities:

Wash, cut, and prepare all fresh fruits and vegetables according to Chick-fil-A standards

Follow all food safety and sanitization practices in a high-volume kitchen environment

Maintain a clean, organized prep station and adhere to health regulations

Rotate stock and check for quality and freshness

Assist the kitchen team with additional prep or cleaning tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Prior food prep experience required (produce prep preferred)

Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures

Must be clean, organized, have strong time management, and hustle to keep up with prep needs

Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must be available Monday - Saturday from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM

ServSafe Certification preferred
