We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Duties
- Supervise all front desk staff, including receptionists and night audit personnel, to ensure efficient operations and outstanding guest service
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized solutions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Oversee reservation systems, room assignments, and billing processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Train staff on hospitality standards, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest relations best practices
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement improvements to elevate service quality
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front office operations with a focus on guest services
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Experience with night audit procedures and managing multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations
- Prior experience working in resort or luxury hotel settings is a plus
