Sales & Client Relations Representative
We are seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team in a dual-role position focused on cold calling sales and client relationship management.
Responsibilities include outbound cold calling to generate new business opportunities, following up with potential leads, and assisting in converting prospects into clients. This role also involves supporting ongoing client communication, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with clients over the phone, organized, self-driven, and capable of representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients through warm calling and proactive outreach to build rapport and generate new business opportunities.
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying target markets, researching prospects, and developing strategic plans to expand our client base.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, demonstrating our products' value propositions clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
- Manage key accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract new clients and enhance brand visibility in the marketplace.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze pipeline data, and optimize outreach strategies for maximum impact.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our technological solutions and industry trends to provide insightful advice during technical sales discussions.
- Analyze market data and client feedback to refine sales tactics and improve overall customer experience.
- Lead by example in fostering a positive team environment, sharing best practices, and supporting colleagues in achieving their targets.
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales or technology sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Experience in business development activities including prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate teams and drive results in a collaborative setting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer insights for strategic planning.
