- Diagnose, repair, and service commercial plumbing systems
- Handle emergency and scheduled service calls
- Perform advanced work including hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, and locating
- Work directly with customers and represent IMCOR professionally
- Operate independently while supported by a strong team
- Journeyman-level plumbing experience (commercial service preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with backflow systems (certification a plus)
- Hydro jetting, sewer camera, and locating experience
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to work in a 24/7 service environment
