As a Retail Sales Associate, some of your core activities will include:-
Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes.

Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.

Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room / storage.
-
Prepare and re-stock ingredients.
-
Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.

Requirements:
In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.
-
Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests.

Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu.

Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests.

Follow the correct ice cream scooping method.
-
Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.

Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.
The candidate must meet the following requirements:-
Willing to perform all assigned activities.

Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.

Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
-
Prior customer service experience a plus but not required.
