QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 17 years of age with an outgoing personality. Must be well spoken and have excellent customer service and communication skills with ability to present a professional appearance. Interest in fitness is preferred. Basic computer skills required. Prior cash handling experience preferred. Must provide own transportation to and from work and show a mature level of responsibility in handling a combination of tasks. Must be CPR and First Aid Certified or able to attain this certification within 3 months of hire.
DUTIES
The Fitness Desk Attendant is under the direction and supervision of the Fitness Desk Coordinator. The Fitness Desk Attendant is responsible for providing quality customer service, information about Fox Fitness, checking in members, recording data & entry, answering the phone, and directing calls, and cash handling. Additional duties include keeping supplies stocked and general cleanliness and organization of all areas of the health club. This is an at-will position.
