Key Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will oversee and guide individualized ABA treatment programs while ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
- Developing and modifying individualized treatment plans
- Providing caregiver coaching and education
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs and BCaBAs
- Monitoring client progress and treatment outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with payer and documentation requirements
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals as appropriate
- Maintaining high standards of clinical and ethical practice
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 annually (based off experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Monthly Performance Bonuses

QualificationsRequired
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current Texas LBA
- Experience providing direct BCBA services
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical ABA practices
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Preferred
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs
- Passion for family-centered, evidence-based care
