Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, operate, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Pay & Schedule
- $25/hr or higher depending on experience + applicable shift premiums
- 2nd shift: $0.85/hr / 3pm - 11pm
- 3rd shift: $1.35/hr / 11pm - 7am
- Must be flexible for training including on 1st shift 7am - 3pm
- Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed
What You'll Do
- Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
- Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
- Inspect product quality and minimize waste
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
- Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely
What You Need
- 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
- Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
- Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
- Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
