As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Lube and Tire Technician to join our team of high-performing professionals.
Job Summary:
This Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire installations, and tire repairs. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance services.
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other technicians.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in tire, lube, and alignment services (preferred).
- ASE certification(s) or willingness to obtain (a plus).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
