POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Director of Operational Vitality the Multi-School Director of Enrollment and Marketing II is a strategic leader responsible for driving enrollment growth across a portfolio of 2–3 Catholic elementary schools. This role centralizes marketing, admissions strategy, and enrollment operations to maximize efficiency, expand market reach, and increase total student enrollment across all campuses.
The Director leads the development of the multi-school enrollment strategy while tailoring execution to each school’s unique identity, parish base, and market conditions. Success is measured based on aggregate enrollment growth, improved conversion rates, retention and re-enrollment rates, and stronger market positioning across all schools while navigating the dynamic demands of serving multiple campuses and families.
This position requires frequent interactions in the surrounding community and the ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and evenings, with flexible availability. Working on weekends and evenings is a must. February through April are highly critical months for enrollment.
The selected candidate must be highly proactive in leading and executing marketing initiatives for the assigned school campuses, ensuring consistent visibility, branding, and community engagement across both locations. This role requires regular travel between the schools to maintain a strong on‑site presence, build relationships, and support time‑sensitive activities. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while responding to the distinct needs of the assigned school communities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (and other duties as assigned):
Enrollment: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Standardize and optimize the admissions funnel (inquiry tour application- enrollment) across campuses.
- Build and manage a shared system to track leads, engagement, and conversions across all schools.
- Identify underperforming areas and deploy targeted interventions to accelerate growth.
- Initiate and develop relationships between prospective families and the school.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical processes for student recruitment with particular focus on preschool, transitional kindergarten, and kindergarten grade levels.
- In collaboration with the Director of Operational Vitality, develop and implement a calendar of outreach events and ongoing meetings with prospective families outside of the school campus.
- Engage and support prospective families from inquiry through enrollment. Including the development of a
- compelling campus visit program for prospective parents.
- Coordinate and strengthen school visibility at parish and community events, representing the school at strategic outreach opportunities, including evenings and weekends, as needed. This may include
- attendance in school community-building non-fundraising events to market the schools and its
- Maintain multiple channels of communication including but not limited to email marketing, phone calls, and in-person encounters.
- Partner with the principal to facilitate the involvement of all faculty and staff in the recruitment process.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate recruitment and enrollment data to strengthen the recruitment process and ensure metrics aligned with private school standards for recruitment.
- Train teachers, parents and student ambassadors, as needed, to assist in tours and events.
- Report weekly on the progress toward recruitment and marketing goals to the Director of Operational Vitality
Marketing and Branding:
- Lead multi-school marketing campaigns that generate demand at scale while allowing for school-level customization.
- The marketing strategy has to reinforce each school’s core brand messages that resonated with each school’s
- Oversee website strategy for each school, ensuring all sites function as high-converting enrollment tools.
- Develop content (videos, testimonials, photography, messaging) that can be deployed at each school.
- Lead integrated marketing strategy across digital channels (paid media, SEO, email, and social media platforms) and community-based outreach (print, promotional materials, and in-person events) to drive awareness, engagement, and sustained positive visibility for the schools.
- Refreshing and updating the school’s website and Niche account monthly.
- Ensuring new positive reviews are added to digital profiles on Niche, Yelp, Google, GreatSchools, and other online sites. Reviewing posts and responding as needed to negative reviews.
- Tracking marketing efforts in Marketing tools.
School-Level Customization & Support
- Partner with each principal to adapt strategies to local community and market needs.
- Equip school staff with tools, scripts, and training to improve tour quality and conversion effectiveness.
- Ensure each school maintains a distinct identity while benefiting from shared strategy and resources.
Pipeline Development & Market Expansion
- Expand enrollment pipelines through parish events and initiatives, feeder programs, community organizations, and digital channels.
- Identify opportunities for cross-school referrals and collaboration within the DSJ network.
- Develop targeted outreach strategies for new or underserved family segments.
Retention & Family Experience
- Partner with school leaders to increase retention and re-enrollment across all campuses.
- Analyze attrition trends and implement network-wide and school-specific retention strategies.
- Support consistent, high-quality family engagement practices.
General: Demonstrates strong teamwork and contributes to a positive school and diocesan environment by:
- Collaborating with classroom teachers and school leaders to highlight and promote school programs.
- Communicating professionally, clarity, and timeliness.
- Attending school events and participating in diocesan professional development opportunities.
- Communicating regularly with the Associated Superintendent to align goals and priorities.

- Proficient in leveraging social media platforms and interpreting analytics and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Skilled in graphic design platforms. Experience with Canva and Adobe Pro.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to set direction. Ability to identify what drives the “marketing needle”.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and where time sensitive deadlines and interruptions are the norm.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, required; advanced degree preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in enrollment management, growth marketing, admissions, or sales leadership And experience with preschool recruitment a plus.
- Proven success managing multi-site or multi-brand growth strategies preferred.
- Experience in Catholic education, preferred.
- Data-driven decision-making and performance management

Salary Range: $87,299.77 – $101,060.40
