Overview:
The Vice President of Revenue is responsible for leading the Company’s commercial organization to drive dealer acquisition, activation, retention, and funded volume growth. This role oversees Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Services, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and delivering measurable commercial outcomes. The Vice President will build scalable processes, develop future leaders, and serve as a key member of the leadership team.
Pay Range: USD $210,000.00 - USD $225,000.00 /Yr. Responsibilities:
Base salary but bonus earning potential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Develop and execute the Company’s commercial growth strategy to optimize resource allocation, regulate the business development pipeline, and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
Own dealer performance including funded volume growth, dealer acquisition, activation and retention. -
Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Services teams through experienced functional leaders, setting direction and ensuring accountability.

Collaborate with Executive leadership on objectives, provide regular reports and updates, and ensure organizational compliance with legal regulations and standards.

Improve every stage of the dealer lifecycle by driving cross-functional execution and removing barriers to performance.
Build repeatable, scalable processes, operating rhythms, KPIs, forecasting, and performance management systems across the commercial organization. -
Identify emerging opportunities and threats while staying informed about competitor activities and market shifts.

Partner with other departments to improve dealer experience, capitalize on opportunities, and facilitate efficient mutually beneficial outcomes that contribute to the success of the business.

Develop future leaders by providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to continuously build organizational growth and capability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience including leading dealer, channel, or partner-based sales organizations.

Demonstrated success leading complex commercial organizations through growth and change.

Experience in home improvement finance, indirect lending, POS finance, consumer finance, or similar industries preferred.
