The Superintendent - Industrial will:
- Supervise all aspects of industrial construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Oversee material procurement and equipment logistics.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
