This is a newly elevated, high-visibility role for a hands-on marketing leader who wants to build and shape a marketing function across a diversified group of companies spanning brokerage, property management, construction, and specialty trade services.

Job Summary
Reporting to executive leadership, the Marketing Director will own the marketing strategy, brand voice, and go-to-market execution for the organization and its affiliated companies. This is an ideal fit for someone who has worked in or closely alongside commercial real estate, construction, or professional services, and who is energized by fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across brokerage, property management, construction, and trade service business lines
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy across digital, print, PR, and event channels
- Manage website, SEO, email, and social media strategy in partnership with internal and outside resources
- Drive proactive business development marketing campaigns in coordination with brokerage and service-line leadership
- Oversee creative production including collateral, proposals, signage, and pitch materials
- Plan and manage major company events, sponsorships, and PR initiatives
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to senior leadership across every affiliated company
Experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within commercial real estate, construction, architecture/engineering, or another adjacent professional services field
- A proactive, self-starting operator who takes initiative without waiting to be asked
- Genuine passion for marketing and brand-building, not just execution
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual/brand judgment
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and business lines simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
