Job Description:
Dino Equipment & Outdoors is looking for a motivated, organized individual to assist in both our Parts and Service departments. This role is a key position in the store, helping keep jobs moving, customers taken care of, and the service shop running efficiently.
This is not a sit-around job. We need someone who can stay on their feet, handle multiple tasks at once, and communicate clearly with customers and technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily parts sales (in-store and over the phone)
- Help customers identify and order correct parts
- Support service department with writing repair orders and scheduling jobs
- Communicate with customers on service updates and timelines
- Assist with warranty claims and processing
- Work closely with technicians to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
- Help manage parts inventory and organization
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, invoicing, parts lookup systems)
- Mechanical knowledge or equipment experience is a plus (tractors, mowers, etc.)
- Dependable and shows up on time ready to work
- Willing to learn and take direction
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in parts sales or service writing
- Knowledge of tractors, mowers, or outdoor power equipment
- Experience with warranty work or service departments

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
