What You Will Do
- Deliver Elevated Client Experiences
- Guide clients through meaningful purchases such as engagements, anniversaries, and custom jewelry projects with professionalism and confidence.
Drive Measurable Sales Results
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
- Present financing and protection plans
- Maintain at least 20% of sales in repair services
- Proactively connect with 5+ clients daily to build future business
Build a Personal Client Portfolio
- Generate repeat clients and referrals
- Request and earn 5-star reviews
- Follow up with thank-you messages and personalized outreach
Maintain Luxury Presentation Standards
- Ensure showcases are fully stocked and visually compelling
- Present merchandise with knowledge and confidence
- Contribute to an organized and high-end showroom environment
Schedule
- Tuesday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:15 AM – 4:30 PM
- Extended hours during peak holiday season
Compensation & Realistic Earnings Potential
- Base Pay: $17 – $25 per hour
- Uncapped Commission: Earnings increase directly with performance
- Monthly Bonus Opportunities

- Developing Associate / $700K / $45K – $55K
- Strong Performer/ $1M/ $60K – $75K
- Top Performer/ $1.3M+/ $80K – $95K+
