As a RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist Bilingual, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-12 across New Jersey and Missouri. Our mission is to empower children with autism to build meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills, and we're looking for a talented and compassionate RBT to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide structured, one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in their natural environment, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill acquisition and generalization
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBA's, parents, and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
Maintain accurate records and reports of therapy sessions, including data collection and progress updates
Requirements:
Complete the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification, or willingness to do so Must be a BT
Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and caregivers in both English and Spanish
Excellent observation, documentation, and data collection skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
