Job Summary:
Sauci Pasta is a fast-casual, scratch-made pasta joint redefining what quick-service Italian food can be — fast, fresh, and full of flavor. We’re currently seeking a talented and driven Line Cook to join our team and help us continue delivering restaurant-quality pasta at speed.
This role is ideal for an experienced line cook who thrives in a high-energy kitchen and is ready to take on more leadership responsibility. You'll play a vital role on our fulfillment line — working sauté and pasta stations — and help oversee smooth, efficient service during busy shifts. You’ll also support our kitchen leadership by mentoring junior team members and maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and pace.
What You’ll Do:
- Run a key station on our high-volume fulfillment line
- Maintain speed, precision, and quality
- Collaborate closely with our prep team to ensure sauces, proteins, and breadsticks are ready for service
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and consistency at all times
- Work side-by-side with owners and leadership to grow our brand and team
Who We Are Looking For:
- A skilled line cook with 2+ years’ experience working hot stations in a high-paced kitchen
- Calm under pressure, fast on the line, and committed to consistency
- A team player with leadership instincts — ready to step up when needed
- Passionate about scratch-made food and quality ingredients
- Physically capable of working an active line — bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

- Full-time position
- Evening shifts with weekend availability required
