Job Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh poke bowls, salads, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Accurately prepare, package, and organize online, takeout, and delivery orders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift.
- Restock ingredients, sauces, and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rushes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as a team to provide fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Restaurant experience is required.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or quick-service restaurant is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
