We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our growing assembly team, focused on the construction and finishing of premium portable restroom trailers. This position plays a key role in ensuring each unit is built with precision, durability, and a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install fabricated interior and exterior walls, doors, trim, fixtures, and other structural components
- Read and interpret build prints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Work with wood and metal materials to construct strong and accurate assemblies
- Ensure all installations meet quality, measurement, and durability standards
- Collaborate with plumbing and electrical teams to maintain workflow and achieve production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company safety practices
- Support a streamlined assembly-line environment with continuous improvement in mind
Qualifications:
- Proven carpentry experience in construction, RV/trailer manufacturing, remodeling, or related field
- Proficiency using carpentry tools, saws, fasteners, and fabrication equipment
- Ability to follow instructions, drawings, and specifications with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Preferred:
- Experience working with modular structures, trailers, or similar specialty equipment
- Familiarity with metal fabrication techniques
