This Commercial Retail HVAC Technician opportunity offers steady service assignments focused on preventive maintenance and keeps your days moving across multiple sites.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Retail HVAC Technician position include:
- Commercial HVAC technician experience with preventive maintenance.
- Comfortable servicing 3-ton and 5-ton units.
- Experience checking and servicing walk-in coolers.
- EPA Certification required.
- Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations and complete daily service routes.
- Complete service routes that may include multiple locations per day (typically servicing 2 locations per day).
- Identify maintenance needs and communicate issues clearly.
- Support ongoing service coverage across current and future restaurant locations, including potential expansion to up to 30 locations.
Salary: $30-$35 per hour.
Benefits: Insurance could be offered in the future, company vehicle could be offered after an initial period, mileage reimbursement to start.
