We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Closer to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to earn commission-based income, with unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales and finalize deals with potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work directly with leads provided by the company, following up with prospects who have shown interest.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the company.
- Handle objections and answer questions about products, pricing, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales Leader to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a closing or lead-follow-up role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including overcoming objections and closing deals.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
- Week Base Pay + Commission for 90 Days. Phases into full commissions for maximum earnings potential.
- Additional bonuses available for exceeding sales targets.
