Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. This person should be highly organized and able to focus on multiple tasks throughout the day.In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control processes, and ensure seamless logistics flow across all warehouse functions. Your leadership will drive process improvements, uphold safety standards, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods.
- 监督日常仓库配送活动，确保货物收发及时、准确。
- Supervise warehouse staff to check product information and report any problems to overseas team.
- 指导仓库员工核对产品信息，并且在遇到任何问题的时候，能够及时向海外团队反馈。
- Manage inventory management systems to maintain precise stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement inventory control procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational excellence while maintaining high safety standards.
- 管理库存管理系统，维持准确的库存水平，定期进行周期盘点，并执行库存控制流程
- Responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders, including handling shipments, arranging carriers, and resolving any shipping issues.
- 领导、激励并培养仓库团队成员，在保持高安全标准的同时实现卓越运营。
- Capable of operating an ERP system to track inventory levels and requirements.
- 能够熟练操作ERP系统，跟踪库存水平及需求。
- Coordinate with overseas team to reorder products, materials and arrange related shipments.
- 与海外团队协调产品及物料的补货，并安排相关运输事宜。
- Monitors inventory levels of e-commerce marketplaces and replenishes inventory as needed.
- 监控各电商平台的库存水平，按需进行补货。
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors.Experience.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Prefer 3-5 year’s work experience in warehouse inventory management.
- 需要具有3-5年仓库库存管理经验。
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, lead, or in a similar warehouse management role, preferably within e-commerce or distribution sectors.
- 具备担任仓库主管、团队负责人或类似仓库管理岗位的成熟经验，有电商或分销行业背景者优先。
- Knowledge of warehouse operations(receiving, outbound, WMS, FBA shipments).
- 熟悉仓库运营流程（收货、出库、WMS 系统、FBA 发货）。
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills(especially in oversea teamwork).
- 具备较强的沟通和问题解决能力（尤其是与海外团队协作方面）。
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize appropriately.
- 能够在快节奏环境中处理多任务并合理排定优先级。
- Familiarity with 3PL operations, shipping & receiving procedures.
- 熟悉第三方物流（3PL）运营及收发货流程。
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- 具备仓库设备维护和故障排除相关的机械知识者优先。
- Bilingual(English/Chinese).
- 具备双语沟通能力（中文/英语），必须会中文。
- Skilled in computer and ERP operations.
- 熟练操作计算机及ERP系统
