Job Type: Independent Contractor / Contract Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, licensed, and insured Electrician to perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on a contract basis. The contractor will be responsible for completing projects safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable electrical codes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in residential and/or commercial properties.
- Perform electrical inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety standards.
- Provide required tools, equipment, and transportation to job sites.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and material needs effectively.
- Complete work orders and project documentation accurately.
Requirements:
- Current Electrician License in good standing.
- Proof of general liability insurance.
- Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to supply personal tools and equipment necessary for the work.
Compensation:
- Paid per project, work order, or agreed hourly rate.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
