As our Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you’ll start your day walking the production floor—listening to the hum of motors, feeling the pulse of hydraulic presses, and checking PLC readouts that keep everything synchronized. A machine flags a pressure anomaly? You isolate the issue, trace a 480V 3-phase control circuit, replace a worn component, and bring the line back to full speed. A teammate needs help interpreting a schematic? You coach them through it, reinforcing company policies, procedures, and SOPs along the way.
This is hands-on, multi-craft work—part troubleshooter, part fabricator, part mentor—keeping mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems running at their best. You’ll also lend a hand with facilities maintenance when needed, because the whole operation depends on safe, reliable infrastructure.
