Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver high-quality service
- Monitor food production and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees
- Assist with banquet operations as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and food safety practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff members at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
