We are currently hiring for Full-Time Day Shift and Full-Time Night Shift positions and are looking for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care while working alongside a strong clinical team.

LPN: $28.00–$30.00/hour based on experience

Night Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour

Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour

Full-Time Day Shift
-
Full-Time Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Assist with resident assessments and care planning
-
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
-
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
-
Support and collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary care team

Provide direction to nursing assistants

Active LPN license in the State of Illinois

Strong clinical and observational skills
