What You'll Do - Position Overview
As a Hospitality Specialist, you'll be the friendly face of our brand, creating a positive experience for every guest, every time, every step of the way!
- Share Member Benefits: Explain membership options and perks in a low-pressure, friendly way and help guests find the best fit
- Connect & Educate: Talk with guests about our amenities and answer basic questions
- Own the Space: Keep the lobby, vacuum area, and tunnel clean, organized, safe, and stocked with supplies
- Protect Safety: Watch for safety or equipment issues and let a leader know right away
- Make It Right: Listen to guest concerns and help resolve issues so they leave happy
- Team Up for Results: Rotate through different stations, support your teammates, and help the site hit goals for guest experience and membership growth
- Cross-train in all positions:
- Flight Deck 1: Guest-facing / Handles payments and membership sales
- Flight Deck 2: Manages vehicle flow and wash operations
- Wash Technician: Monitors equipment, performs preventative maintenance, ensures wash quality
- Vacuum Concierge: Assists guests and supports site presentation
- Loader: Maximizes efficiency during high-volume periods

- Schedule flexibility: You can work a flexible schedule, that may include weekends and some evenings
Physical Aspects of the Role
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Lift and move items up to 50 Ibs
- Kneel, crouch, bend, and climb an 8-foot ladder as needed
- Safely enter and move around a service pit for cleaning and maintenance
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Clean/wipe down surfaces, including some that are slightly hard to reach
