What You'll Do as a Mixer:-
Mix raw ingredients to produce batter or icing according to specifications

Follow formulas accurately to ensure consistent product quality

Operate mixing equipment, scales, and related machinery

Record production data on reports and work schedules
-
Communicate with supervisors to meet production demands
-
Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment

Follow GMP standards and participate in quality audits and compliance activities
What You Need to Bring to the Mixer Role:-
High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Experience in food production or mixing processes preferred

Ability to perform basic math and adjust formulas
-
Ability to operate mixing equipment and scales
-
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Ability to maintain attention to detail and meet production pace
-
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with allergens and follow safety protocols #NEjobhunt
