What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful service to every customer.
- Make customers feel welcomed from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
- Thoroughly clean and care for vehicles while following proper procedures to prevent damage.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pay close attention to detail and never cut corners.
- Keep the entire facility clean, organized, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Constantly look for things that need to be done rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
- Maintain clean wash bays, vacuum areas, equipment, sidewalks, customer areas, and surrounding property.
- Answer customer questions and explain our services clearly and professionally.
- Help create an experience that encourages customers to return and recommend Diamond Auto Spa to others.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment.
- Handle customer payments accurately when required.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude.
You don't need years of car wash experience to succeed here. We can teach you the process.
What we can't teach is work ethic, pride, urgency, and a genuine desire to take care of customers.
If you're the type of person who sees an empty trash can that needs to be emptied, a dirty area that needs attention, equipment that needs to be cleaned, or a customer who needs help—and you handle it without waiting to be told—you may be exactly who we're looking for.
Bilingual Preferred
Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
A large portion of our customers are Spanish-speaking, so being comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish is a major advantage and will help you provide an even better customer experience.
Bilingual is preferred, but not required. We encourage all qualified, hardworking, and customer-focused applicants to apply.
