About Us:
We are a growing mortgage business seeking a personable and highly organized Appointment Setter / Real Estate ISA to help build relationships with Realtors and generate mortgage referral opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Realtors, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
- Follow up with leads and contacts in our CRM.
- Build and nurture relationships with referral partners.
- Schedule appointments and introductory calls.
- Send follow-up emails and text messages.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes.
- Confirm appointments and track outreach activity.
- Assist with LinkedIn and database follow-up efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real estate or mortgage experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with Realtors, title companies, or lenders is a plus.
- Previous appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or call center experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic technology.
