US Building Survey, Inc. specializes in producing high-quality commercial as-built documentation throughout the United States. We combine advanced field data collection, laser measurements, and Matterport scanning with Autodesk Revit to create accurate construction documents for architects, engineers and national retail / real estate clients.
We are seeking an experienced Contract Revit Technician who can transform existing as-built Revit models into professional, client-ready deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Produce professional-quality construction documents from existing Revit models
- Complete floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, roof plans, elevations, and detail views
- Create accurate room names, room numbers, schedules, legends, and sheet layouts
- Organize and maintain Revit models using company standards
- Interpret field notes, photographs, Matterport imagery, and point cloud data when necessary
- Perform quality control to ensure deliverables are accurate and complete
- Complete work efficiently to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Participate in occasional in-person meetings in the Kansas City area
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience producing commercial architectural construction documents
- Strong understanding of commercial building construction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and workstation capable of running current Revit versions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial as-built documentation
- Experience working from Matterport scans and E57 point clouds
- Photoshop experience is a plus
- Located in Kansas City and/or surrounding areas
