<Duties>
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed health routines in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, maintaining safety standards at all times.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organization to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Offer companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support to enhance mental well-being.
- Monitor clients’ health status, observe for any changes or concerns, and communicate updates promptly to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans meticulously, adhering to all safety protocols, privacy regulations, and client-specific instructions to deliver consistent high-quality care.
