Director of Rehab (Licensed PT, PTA, COTA, OTR, or SLP)

We are hiring a Director of Rehab (DOR) to oversee clinical operations, compliance, and team performance within a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is a PTA or COTA, but we will consider PT, OT, SLP's
Requirements:
What You’ll Do

Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and financial performance

Ensure staffing coverage and supervise team performance

Oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes

Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development

Participate in facility meetings (UR, QA, Rehab, Falls)

Manage departmental resources and reporting

Maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence

Licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP (required)

Prior rehab or therapy management experience preferred

Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
