Job Type: Full-time / Part time / Possible Overtime
Job Description: Verify residency of individuals properties while maintaining a professional image and company brand.
Follow all standard operating procedures and provide a presence that promotes the prevention of criminal activity and provide a friendly, customer service oriented courtesy patrol.
Secure amenities (I.e. pools, laundry rooms, and fitness centers etc.) to protect client assets.
Using a handheld device, the posted officer will take pictures, record audio, and enter descriptive text-based entries of their patrols and findings during their shift.
Identify violations of community policies to provide a comfortable living environment for current and prospective clients.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and a valid level 1 Guard Card.
Night shifts available.
No Prior Felonies.
Bilingual person's encouraged to apply!
No experience necessary.
